Personal Training Prices

* HST must be added.

1 SESSION: $32.00 members or $40.00 non-members

  • Includes one hour personal training session to go over proper form when weight lifting, goal setting and gym orientation. Does not include a workout plan or meal plan.

3 SESSIONS: $86.00 members or $108.00 non-members

  • Includes three one hour personal training sessions. The client has the choice to what each session they would like to cover. However, if wanting a month workout plan this will credit for one session use as trainers will develop a specialized program and provide a hard copy workout plan to meet your fitness goals.

6 SESSIONS: $155 members or $194 non-members

  • Includes six hours of a personal trainers time. This package is great for clients that are looking to get a weekly training session in or is looking to train for an event/competition.

2:1 PERSONAL TRAINING:

6 SESSIONS:

Meet our Personal Training Staff:

Renate Fournier-Belanger, PTS with Canfitpro:

Renate is a competitive body builder, group fitness instructor, cross country and mountain bike racer. Renate has over 20 years of experience in the field of fitness and competitive sports, and a solid understanding of how one’s fitness level can directly impact their quality of life. Renate strives to motivate others in reaching their personal goals, whether they be intensive task specific goals or to improve one’s overall fitness level. Renate recognizes that your time is precious, so her approach focuses on helping you develop a program that fits your lifestyle. As a victim of a debilitating back injury, Renate has an in depth personal understanding of how fitness can transform your life. Her key to success is through continuous tailoring and adapting of workouts as progress is made to avoid hitting a plateau. Renate is certified as a Personal Training specialist through Can Fit Pro and has training in weight management. Renate has recently won the Provincial Championship for the Ontario Physique Association which allowed her to compete at the National level in British Columbia.

Kimberly Klockars, R.Kin, CSEP-CEP:

Kim is Registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario and is a Certified Exercise Physiologist with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP). She has over 10 years experience in exercise prescription, fitness assessments, and personal training with specialized populations. Kim has worked in numerous rehabilitation clinics, fitness facilities, and sporting facilities. Kim has a passion for lifelong learning. She actively participates in educational and certification opportunities whenever she can, including: Group Fitness Instruction, Aquafitness, Heartwise Exercise, Functional Movement Screening, Thai Yoga Stretching, Low Back Pain Specialist, 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Ergonomic Assessments, and Conducting Specialized testing (e.g. PREP test).

Jeri-Ann Gelinas
Personal trainer, kids yoga teacher and owner of Juice Me Healthy; with over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry - she knows firsthand that eating healthy and keeping fit is essential for mind & physical wellbeing. Helping others achieve their health and fitness goals is her top priority - focusing on mindfulness and healthy alternatives has motivated her to become a Fitness Instructor.

How to book a personal training session?

Purchase online or at the front desk. Once you have purchased, your personal trainer will be in touch with you to determine your goal(s) and set up a training schedule.

*Please note you MUST BE 13 years of age in order to start personal training session at the Complex.

Kinesiology Services:

Your insurance and benefits may cover the costs of Kinesiology services (including but not limited to: personal training (land or aquatic), fitness assessments, program development, muscle testing, and more).

Check with your insurance provider to see if you have coverage.
