KING GEORGE SUBDIVISION

King George Site Plan

The King George subdivision was a redevelopment project of the old King George School taken on by the municipality to encourage residential building. Lots are fully serviced with municipal water and sewer; gas and hydro are expected to be brought in this spring.

CALBECK/BALSAM SUBDIVISION

Calbeck Balsam Site Plan

Lots on Calbeck/Balsam were originally part of an old Plan of Subdivision, which comprised of 40 x 100 foot lots. When the price of gold started to rise, the Town looked at ways to encourage residential construction in the Town, and focused on the completion of this portion of the subdivision. A new survey was registered in order to create larger lost which are more desirable to build on. Ten of these lots have already been sold and built on; six lots are remaining. Lots within this subdivision are completely serviced with sanitary, water, storm, gas and hydro to property line.
